Biography

Rem Koolhaas, Pritzker laureate and founder of OMA, counts among the defining architects of our time. For Lafayette Anticipations, the Fondation d'entreprise Galeries Lafayette in the Marais, he conceived an exhibition machine with moving platforms, four levels in constant motion. OscarOno Paris was invited to give this radical architecture its ground: wood, warm and exact, holding steel, glass and nineteenth century masonry together. Opened in 2018, the collaboration places OscarOno Paris beneath one of the most discussed cultural buildings in Europe.
