SAOTA carries Cape Town's light around the world; Stefan Antoni's studio designs villas that made indoor-outdoor living a global language. On Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach, with Brodson Construction, the practice drew a house of long horizontals open to the water, and OscarOno Paris supplied the wood that grounds it, warm and continuous from the great room to the master suite. Between concrete, glass and garden, the floor gives the villa its calm, barefoot ease. Cape Town, Miami, Paris: one collaboration.
