At Galerie LSD in Paris, OSCARONO PARIS supplied Droit flooring in the Rocher Charbon finish for a retail and gallery environment designed by Ciguë in 2020. According to Ciguë's studio profile, the practice works across architecture, design and installation, and this project reflects that cross-disciplinary approach through a dark, tactile floor plane that anchors changing displays. The smoked oak tones emphasize contrast with artworks and lighting while the end-grain structure provides durability for daily visitor circulation. The result is a restrained contemporary interior where material texture, rather than ornament, carries the atmosphere.
