Isay Weinfeld is Brazilian modernism's most graceful export, architect of the Fasano hotels and houses of legendary calm. For Jardim, his first residential project in New York, twin towers rise around gardens beside the High Line. OscarOno Paris supplied the floors: wide oak planks in a warm, natural tone, grounding interiors of brick, concrete and filtered light with a quiet Brazilian ease. Photographed by Evan Joseph, the collaboration gives a landmark Chelsea address its calm, residential heart.
